We believe that invention is a divine revelation. Who on Earth is able to comprehend and fit into the Procrustean bed of narrow-minded views, how and why something slight can develop into something new, unknown before and, moreover, efficient. And at the same time, every day we enjoy fruits of this very unique and rare capacity of the human brain - the ability to invent something new. Though, to establish some technical solution as an invention, it is necessary that this decision should comply with a number of legal requirements – it shall be new, unknown at the modern level of technology and industrially applicable.
